Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Full Refund:
Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Early Departure:
If you decide to leave before the end of your stay, unused nights will not be refunded.



Exceptional Circumstances:
If unexpected situations arise (e.g. illness, travel restrictions), please get in touch with us — we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.
